System Requirement

• Personal Computer running Microsoft Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP.
• Connected to the Internet (via dialup, broadband, etc.)
• A valid E-mail account for registration notifications and application notification.
• An A4 printer (laser or inkjet) for printing applications. Laser printer is recommended.
• There is no need to modify your firewall and antivirus software settings.
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 or above. (For Internet Explorer 4 or Internet Explorer 5.01 users, you are required to install Internet Explorer High Encryption Pack. )
• The Internet Explorer "Page Setup" should be modified to the specified setting as below:
  1. Select "Page Setup..." from the File menu.
  2. In the "Page Setup" Windows, change the page setup as below:
     • Delete all strings in "Header".
     • Delete all strings in "Footer".
     • Make sure the paper size is "A4 (210x297mm)".
     • Make sure orientation should be "Portrait".
     • Left, right, top and bottom margin should be set to 4.32mm.
     
• Cookies should be enabled.
  • For Internet Explorer 6.0+
    • Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
    • Click on the "Privacy" Tab.
    • Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium").
    • Click "OK".
      
• JavaScript should be enabled.
  • For Internet Explorer 6+:
    • Select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu.
    • Click on the "Security" Tab.
    • Click on the "Custom Level".
    • Scroll down until you see section labelled "Scripting".
    • Under "Active Scripting", select "Enable".
    • Click "OK".
